East London Muslim Welfare Society is a registered charity independent of others in Woodgrange Park Cemetery and is solely responsible for the operations of Plot 17.

We set our own charges and policies for our members.

Our charges are (subject to change without notice):

• BURIAL COSTS
  1. Our charges includes our caretaker attendance, society service fee, materials, headstone, maintenance fee to date of death, and burial contractors costs.
  2. You will be advised of the Total charges when you contact our caretaker to book your burial.
  3. Full payment and green form must be handed to OUR CARETAKER before graves can be dug without exception.
  4. Members, their next of kin and funeral directors should make contact with OUR CARETAKER to arrange burial and no one else at  Woodgrange Park Cemetery.
• CHANGE OF DETAILS
  1. If any of your details require to be changed an admin fee of £50.00 is payable. Changes will only be made once payment is received.
• DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS
  1. If you have lost your documents, duplicates can be obtained on payment of an admin fee of £50.00. If the documents also require a change of details then the admin fee will be £100.00 (£50.00 for duplicate and £50.00 for change)
• MAINTENANCE FEE
  1. This is currently £10.00 per annum per member. Burials will not be allowed if maintenance fee is not up to date.
  2. The grave will be re-used subject to ELMWS reuse policy.
